1.About the structure of peristaltic pump

Pressure block: the pressure block is responsible for pressing the loaded track of the hose. The pressing block can be divided into elastic, adjustable and fixed forms.

Roller core: the roller core is a structure responsible for alternately squeezing the hose. The roller core squeezes the hose onto the briquette track for cyclic alternating creep.

Tube clamp: the pipe clamp is responsible for fixing the hose. If the direction of the hose deviates from the normal working range, it will aggravate the degree of hose wear and even cause cracking.

2.About common nouns

Speed: speed refers to the running speed of the motor. The number of revolutions per unit time is used as the unit of measurement, and “RPM” is often used as the unit. There are also other units, such as “R / s”.

Lift: lift refers to the vertical distance from the liquid plane to the pump head. Beyond a certain pressure threshold, the greater the lift, the smaller the flow. If it is too large, the hose will be severely worn or even cracked. Under the same lift, the liquid density also affects the flow. The smaller the density, the greater the flow.

Suction lift: suction lift refers to the vertical height from the center line of the pump to the water surface of the water source, that is, the height at which the pump can suck up water.

External control output: the external control signal is the output signal, that is, the opening and closing signal of the switch.

Communication: a way for other equipment to control peristaltic pump. A master control equipment is required to connect with the computer. Computers, PLC, single chip microcomputer, etc. can be selected. The main control logic is computer software or embedded software, and the communication protocol needs to be provided when the third party writes the software.
