Component Name and Function
1. Tube: silicone, Pharmed or A-60-G.
2. Tubing Connectors: Fix the tube.
3. Roller Body: Squeeze the tube with the upper pressure block.
4. Spindle: Drive roller body.
5. Body: Support the upper pressure block and roller body.
6. Upper Pressure Block Lock: Fix the upper pressure block.
7. Motor Mounting Plate: The pump head is connected to the motor.
8. Motor: Provides power.
9. Upper Pressure Block: Squeeze the tube with the roller body.

Usage Method
Disassembly of TY15 Pump Head
Step 1: Push the upper pressure block lock with your finger as
indicated by the arrow to open the upper pressure block.
Step 2: Press and hold the concave point on both sides and
move up to open as shown in Fig. 3 to remove the serial
number 1 “Upper Pressure Block”.
Step 3: Remove the tube connectors as in Figure 4.

Install TY15 Pump Head
Reverse the order of disassembly.
