She graduated from Hebei University with a master’s degree in polymer chemistry and physics, a senior engineer, and is currently the director of the Lead Fluid Laboratory.
She joined Lead Fluid in 2019 and was mainly responsible for product quality control, laboratory management and standardization construction. She has rich experience in laboratory management and quality management, has presided over and participated in the development, design, verification and other work of many large projects of the company, and has developed a currently feasible and efficient work process based on the content of ISO17025 standard and the current situation of the company, laying a foundation for the construction of laboratory infrastructure.
She participated in 2 provincial and 2 municipal R&D projects; Initiated and participated in the formulation of 7 enterprise standards, including “Measurement of Torque” and “Measurement of Life of Rotary Peristaltic Pump Head”; She has published several papers and works, such as “Preliminary Study on the Flow Stability Period of PVC Pump Pipe in the Actual Application of Peristaltic Pump”, “Preliminary Analysis and Solution of Bubble Phenomenon in the Transmission Process of Peristaltic Pump Pipe”, etc; She has five utility model patents. In 2022, she was rated as “core management or technical talents of key provincial projects” by the General Office of the CPC Baoding Municipal Committee, and was awarded the “Yanzhao Talent Card”.
Qiang Wang
He graduated from Hebei Agricultural University with the title of engineer.
Joined Lead Fluid in 2020, mainly responsible for the research and development of mechanical technology. Participated in 1 municipal R&D project and 5 enterprise R&D projects. There are 13 authorized patents, including 1 invention patent, 9 utility model patents and 3 design patents. In 2022, it was rated as “core management or technical talents of provincial key projects” by the General Office of the CPC Baoding Municipal Committee, and awarded “Yanzhao Talent Card”.
